Fork Replacement Apex and Magma Required

Your safety is our highest priority. During routine fatigue tests in an accredited external laboratory, we discovered that a limited batch of carbon forks used on Apex and Magma bikes can develop fatigue cracks under extreme load, which than can cause a crack over time.

Although no on-road breakages have occurred, a fracture could lead to a loss of control and serious injury or death.

For this reason we are asking you to:

Stop riding the bicycle immediately.
Book a free fork replacement appointment at our shop as soon as possible.

Questions & answers

Can I keep riding carefully until the appointment?
No. Even though failures have only occurred in the laboratory, the risk is severe enough that we must strongly advise no use at all until the fork is replaced.

How do I know my bike is affected?
All units of Apex sold between 01.07.2022 and 29.04.2025 are affected.
All units of Magma sold between 26.07.2023 and 29.04.2025 are affected.

What happens to the old fork?
We collect every returned fork for safe disposal.
